About Jill Curtis

My journey into fitness started over forty years ago when I was practicing ballet and didn’t feel comfortable with my physique. Once I started strength training with the help of a professional trainer, I discovered the spectacular impact that training could have on both the body and mind. 

I became a coach because I realized that helping others to improve their lives was my purpose,  as well as my passion.  I have dedicated my life to helping people enhance their lives through correct exercise and proper nutrition.
